Spellings for Me includes a wide range of offline resources to support spelling practice in a more hands-on way.
From printable worksheets and activity booklets to games and templates, there’s a robust collection available directly from each child’s profile. These can be used any time, while still keeping learning active and aligned with the programme.
While having access to a device once a month is necessary for testing, students can continue progressing through the programme with plenty of printable material—no daily device use required.
These resources are perfect for reinforcing spelling skills at home, in school, or on weekends, ensuring consistent progress in both digital and physical learning environments.

Getting Started with Spelling for Me
Administration
Schools or Spellings for Me assign logins. Teachers can then print login cards for students to reference.
Initial Placement Test
Students complete an initial placement test to determine their appropriate level of difficulty.
Yellow Test/List Creation
Next, students complete the Yellow Test. Mistakes generate personalised spelling lists that teachers can print.
Offline/Orange Test
Students study 12 words per week offline over a 4-week period. Then, the Orange test is unlocked to assess progress
Ongoing Cycle
Errors from the Orange test carry forward, combining with new errors to form the next learning cycle’s personalised list.
Extra Resources
Students can access games, morphology, etymology activities, dictation exercises and other learning tools.
